I divide the meditation into three parts and announce when we shift over to the next for those who'd like to track their internal experience.

  • The first part is always grounding, centering and releasing energetic attachments we accumulate while going about our day.

  • The second part focuses on clearing away grief, anger and fear caused by current circumstances and past traumas that we unconsciously hold.

  • The last part of this healing session focuses on the many subtle structures in the heart. The end is always grounding and centering to close.
